Age Verification: paytime reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Wagers will be voided, and any Funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method after verification. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
Each eligible person may register only one (1) Account on paytime. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Funds therein.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. paytime will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must notify paytime Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
paytime will never request your password via chat message, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from paytime should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, paytime is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal from the Platform.
Acceptable forms of government-issued photo identification for KYC purposes include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS eCard, Voter's ID, or PRC ID. You must provide a clear photograph of the front and back of your chosen ID and a selfie photograph holding the ID beside your face.
paytime may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds declaration where required by regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functions or Account closure.
All KYC documentation submitted to paytime is stored securely under SSL encryption and handled in strict compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). KYC documents are not shared with any party outside the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
paytime accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash payments.

Withdrawal requests on paytime may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos). KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Attempting to withdraw Funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus balances and reinstatement of the real-money balance only.

General Bonus Conditions
Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirement on any bonus means the total cumulative betting volume required before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in total qualifying Wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion.
All Wagers placed on paytime are final once confirmed. paytime does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed Wagers unless a game error or technical malfunction is identified by the Operator. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting markets on paytime entirely at your own risk. paytime does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any losses incurred through the normal course of gambling activity on the Platform.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your Account Settings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to Account closure, Wager settlement, or Fund withdrawal, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via notification within the Platform and, where appropriate, via the contact information registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of paytime following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact paytime Support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
